Factory Phase III Marks a Major Milestone for BHD Vietnam
Factory Phase III represents another significant step in BHD Vietnam’s long-term manufacturing strategy. On January 4, 2024, BHD Vietnam officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Vietnam UID Industrial Park, marking the beginning of a major expansion project that will further strengthen the company’s manufacturing capabilities and support the growing demand for warehouse storage systems worldwide.
Scheduled to break ground in March 2024, the new facility demonstrates BHD Vietnam’s commitment to continuous investment in advanced production technology, modern infrastructure, and sustainable growth. As global logistics and warehousing industries continue to evolve, this expansion enables BHD Vietnam to better serve customers with higher production capacity and improved manufacturing efficiency.
Factory Phase III Expands Manufacturing Capacity
The new Factory Phase III project will cover approximately 10,000 square meters and is expected to increase BHD Vietnam’s annual production capacity by 20,000 tons. Supported by investment from BHD Australia, the expansion reflects the confidence of our international partners and our shared vision of becoming one of the leading warehouse storage system manufacturers in the global market.
With greater manufacturing capacity, BHD Vietnam will be able to shorten production lead times, accommodate larger international orders, and provide more efficient supply chain support for customers across North America, Australia, and many other overseas markets.
Advanced Production Facilities for Greater Efficiency
Designed as a modern manufacturing center, Factory Phase III will be equipped with advanced production machinery and comprehensive supporting facilities. Automated roll-forming machines, precision punching equipment, robotic welding systems, and quality inspection technologies will help ensure consistent manufacturing accuracy and product quality.
The new facility will also feature an advanced 12-meter automatic powder coating line, delivering improved coating consistency, corrosion resistance, and production efficiency. These investments reinforce BHD Vietnam’s commitment to continuous innovation and manufacturing excellence while supporting sustainable long-term development.
Specialized Production of Cantilever Rack and Wire Mesh Decking
One of the primary objectives of Factory Phase III is to strengthen BHD Vietnam’s manufacturing capability for two of its flagship product lines: Cantilever Rack and Wire Mesh Decking.
Cantilever rack systems are engineered to store long and oversized materials such as steel bars, timber, pipes, aluminum profiles, and furniture components. Their open-front design provides easy forklift access, flexible storage configurations, and efficient space utilization, making them an ideal solution for industrial warehouses and manufacturing facilities.
At the same time, the expanded factory will significantly increase the production capacity of Wire Mesh Decking, an essential warehouse safety accessory widely used with pallet racking systems. Manufactured from high-quality steel, wire mesh decking improves pallet support, enhances fire sprinkler performance, promotes ventilation, and contributes to safer warehouse operations.
By concentrating production on these core product lines, BHD Vietnam continues to strengthen its position as a trusted supplier of export-quality warehouse storage solutions.
